to help with brainstorming, content cre-
ation, process improvement, and admin-
istrative tasks. We also provide employee 
training on responsible AI use, emphasizing 
the protection of customer data, avoiding 
the sharing of confidential information, 
and verifying AI-generated content before 
it’s used in our business.

We have developed an internal AI 
platform that works directly with our 
manufacturing operations to improve 
efficiency, communication, quality control, 
and production processes. I also use tools 
such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude 
Code, while our marketing team uses AI 
to support content and advertising. We 
train employees to protect confidential 
customer, pricing, design, and production information and to avoid 
uploading sensitive company data to unauthorized platforms.

We do not really use AI all that much 
yet. I see it can play a big part in the future 
of how essentially everything is done in this 
industry. Within our business itself, just the 
basic Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT.

Claude, Gemini, Vizcom. Since I’m a 
team of one, I ensure that AI doesn’t have 
permanent access to our client info or in-
ternal company information and that any 
sensitive data is redacted. Data is parsed 
per project, and we are on higher tier paid 
plans with no AI model training.

We use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, 
along with customized solutions we have 
created. We also have some dedicated PCs 
with OpenClaw bots. All our AI programs 
run on dedicated machines, so they live in 
their own ecosystems.

We use ChatGPT for textual edits as 
well as image generation. We are working 
with Claude, creating agents to help with 
consistency in appraisal descriptions and 
more. We have created guidelines and 
guardrails for company staff on what they 
can input, when, and with which programs 
to ensure we stay protected and our 
information stays secure and stays “our 
information.”
