There is no need to sugar coat that hiring and retaining employees is more difficult now than it has been in 50 years. There is not a line of qualified employees waiting for us to call. We have learned that proper training, education, benefits, and sharing the love of the jewelry industry is what will help retain employees. The problem is finding the right person that will mesh well with those who are already working with you. We are currently looking for the next right person.
